Not only that, I had barely worked on a computer before, so I fumbled through learning how to use my first computer AND the DAW (Logic Pro x) at the same time!

I would spend hours going down the YouTube rabbit hole, pulling my hair out troubleshooting the most BASIC stuff, like not being able to hear my mic or guitar...

Or sitting there for hours tweaking one sound, or loop, and never getting it quite right, resulting in a bunch of unfinished ideas landing in what I call the “Hard-drive Graveyard”—where song ideas go to die.

Learning how to produce was an absolutely life-changing experience for me. It put the power in my hands, gave me control over my music AND my masters. It allowed me to break into the exciting world of sync, allowing me to get multiple placements in Film/TV, as well as a Lincoln commercial.

It’s saved me tons of money on demos, studio time, and I even started making money before I was a pro producer by doing demos for others and becoming a session vocalist first.

What skill level do I need to be at to take this course?
If you're brand new, that's totally fine! I start from GROUND ZERO and I never speak to you as if you already know the DAW.

If you're intermediate and kind of already know your way around the DAW, but you're not getting pro-sounding tracks, this course will teach you the fundamentals of arranging, production and mixing.

So it's definitely not JUST for the newbies :)
What software do I need to do this course?
I teach this course in Logic Pro X and use all stock plugins so you won't need any 3rd party plugins!

That being said, all the principles I teach can be applied in ANY DAW, but if you'd like to mirror me move for move, you'll probably want to be in Logic Pro X.
Can I take this at my own pace? Are there any LIVE classes?

The course is a comprehensive step-by-step program where I take a voice memo recording of one of my songs on my phone, pull it into the DAW, and show you how to produce a song from start to finish.
You can follow along and mirror everything I do, which would essentially leave you with a demo of my song, which is great for practice.
Or you could apply the same principles and steps to your own song, and just follow along with the strategies I'm using.
